With all the technical backup f men & machinery of highest order CMG is now poised to take up any challenge to manufacture investment casting catering to various industries viz Automobile & its ancillaries, Electrical & Electronic machine tools, Railways, Aeronautical, Defense, Chemicals & Petrochemicals general engineering like Refrigerator Textile, Typewriter, Sewing machine, Orthpeadic & any other industry were a component is difficult or uneconomical to be made by other conventional process.

CMG’s technology is totally indigenous & unmodified from synthetic wax is used for patterns, with water soluble wax or urea core with most if its application both water based Silica solution & alcohol based Ethyl silicate are binders used with high quality Quartz, Zircon & Siliminate are required. Ammonia is used for quicker setting of the moulds.
